🚀 We're hiring | Product Operations Analyst/Associate

📍 Madrid (hybrid) · Remote from Spain · Starting immediately

At Due Group, an international financial services and digital assets group, we're looking for a Product Operations Analyst/Associate to join our Product team.

🎯 Your main focus will be supporting customers through their integration with Due's API and turning what you learn in each integration into product improvements, internal tooling and automation. This is a forward deployed role: technical, close to the customer and close to the product roadmap.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Support customers through API integrations and technical onboarding
• Investigate and resolve product and payment issues
• Build dashboards and queries in Metabase/SQL to monitor business and product metrics
• Use AI tools and agents to improve internal operations and customer support
• Work with Product and Engineering to prioritise improvements
• Write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Help scale operational processes as the company grows

✅ Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in product, operations, solutions engineering, consulting or another technical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with APIs and technical documentation (coding experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Basic SQL, or the appetite to pick it up fast
• Professional English
• Curious and proactive, with an interest in startups and emerging technology

💡 Experience or interest in fintech, payments, stablecoins, digital assets or AI will be valued.
