Due is a global payments platform leveraging the latest advancements in blockchain technology. Today, business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of legacy and fragmented banking systems. We’re challenging the status quo by offering a stack of payment solutions that enables permissionless, borderless and frictionless payments.

We build the payment infrastructure that connects traditional banking with stablecoins. Through a single API, fintechs, neobanks, wallets and crypto companies get multi-currency virtual accounts, fiat on/off-ramps, stablecoin card issuing and cross-border payouts over local rails including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Pix, SPEI and Faster Payments.

Founded in 2022 by Revolut alumni and backed by Speedinvest, Fabric, Semantic and Strobe. Due operates across multiple regulated jurisdictions. Clients include Fasset, Exodus, Lido, Belo, Altitude, Ether.fi, WorldRemit, Ledn and Salmon.

About the role

As an Operations Manager, you will be a jack of all trades, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core business while owning high-impact projects and verticals from the ground up. We are looking for a self-starter who excels at both building processes and driving execution across product, payments, partners, and operations.

What you could be doing:

• Product Ops: Ensuring the quality and operational readiness of our product and infrastructure, and coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Payment Ops: Managing and optimising payment flows, working with payment providers and partners, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth execution across our payment operations
• Partner Ops: Liaising with local and international partners, streamlining onboarding of key partners, and continuously improving operational processes
• Licensing: Supporting our global licensing ambitions, including managing existing registrations and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Research: Conducting market research and scoping new opportunities, markets, and partnerships across the world
• Support & Client Success: Assisting with customer support and client success, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and feeding operational insights back into the business
• Special Projects: Working closely with our CEO on high-impact projects and new initiatives across the business

Requirements

• 3~5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, banking or similar
• Interest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance
• Data analysis skills (advanced excel, intermediate SQL)
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
